qwest to have digital advertising boards for sounders

not unlike a lot of the newer stadiums throughout the world, the sounders will have digital advertising boards just off the side of the pitch. these will be behind both goals and along the east sideline which obviously says that the cameras will be on the west side which is where i am pretty sure the team benches are located.

not the biggest fan of digital advertising b/c it is a distraction when watching on tv… not sure about in person though b/c i have never witnessed it. i don’t think it bothers the players or you would have heard about it left right and center from many of the clubs that already have this in place.

    a few of us saw them being tested at the ljungberg event, and they looked great.  as far as i know, home depot is the only stadium in the league with the digital boards, and i heard somewhere that red bull arena will also
