Freddie Ljungberg is back in Seattle and trained with Sounders FC today on the Xbox Pitch.

Ljungberg on today’s training…
They were very concentrated, I must say that. The warm-up I joined to begin was the most concentrated warm-up I’ve ever been in. In Europe they joke and have a laugh and stuff. They seem to be focused, and I think that’s a very good thing.
Other notes on those training with the team…
- Peter Vagenas and Jarrod Smith were present, but training on the side
- Jhon Kennedy Hurtado was training with the team
- Ely Allen, a midfielder who played at UW and with the LA Galaxy
- Mike Randolph, who was released by the LA Galaxy last week
- Tom Taiwo, who is on trial. He is 19 and from the Chelsea system. He played four games on loan to Port Vale last year.
