Montero Sick. Misses Flight to Toronto.

The Seattle PI (didn’t they go under?), is reporting that MLS Player of the Month for March, Fredy Montero, didn’t make today’s flight to Toronto with the rest of the Sounders. He “may miss the franchise’s road debut due to illness” according to a team spokesperson.

Montero had flu-like symptoms earlier in the week. We’ll stay on top of this…

    I hope this is the PI trying to report things before it is true.  Innocent til proven otherwise.  I hope it aint so Fredy, you are the next Seattle Superstar, you can’t be that with sexual assault charges in this town…
