Training Camp Update

The Sounders will have a scrimmage with the Vancouver Whitecaps tomorrow in Casa Grande, AZ. Kickoff is at 1030a PT and Gaschk should have a live blog going on SoundersFC.com.

Sigi and Adrian have brought in a new player to the camp- Chinese Midfielder, Gao Leilei. He last played in Finland for FC KooTeePee. He has also played for the New Zealand Knights and Wellington Phoenix in New Zealand, Beijing Hongdeng.

Here is the list of the Training Squad with club in Arizona.

We have a striker crisis on this team. Jaqua was never the answer, and he’s out for a month.

Why are we bringing in new MFs when we need strikers instead?

Look around. We brought in two people and used our 1st round pick on a forward. There are not many teams in the league that have a forward as good as montero and none that have two excellent forwards. There are not many forwards looking for jobs in the winter as all the other leagues are still playing.
