As you know, Wayne Rooney’s brother, John, is trialing with Sounders FC for the week.

GoSounders presents you with the quote of the day from Mr. Rooney when asked to comment if any of the players impressed him.

There’s a few good players out here, and on the game Sunday I saw a few good players as well. They can definitely all play, they’re some good players.

So, there you go. We’ve got “good players”. So much so that Rooney said it 3 times in two sentences.

    I actually liked this quote a bit more from Wayne’s brother:

    (What have your impressions been so far?) “I’ve loved it. The training’s been good. I went to the game on Sunday, the stadium’s fantastic. The fans are unbelievable. The fans are great, just as good as the Premiership standard. It was fantastic, I really enjoyed it.”

    yeah the kid was tripping over himself trying to compliment the team and league  i,ll cut him some slack

    I agree with Flizz.  Plus, he’s only 18 I think, you can’t expect him to be completely articulate.
