Every once in a while, Joe Towner (comments under jT) sends his photos in to GoSounders for us to use. We were shocked to read an article by Dave Clark that Joe is missing. After validating we were saddened.
Joe took his Sounders tickets for the Celtic match but was not present and has not given any indication he was leaving. His girlfriend and family have made a missing persons report and would appreciate if you have heard from him since to please contact the Bellevue police department (425) 452-6917.

i have to do this a day early b/c tomorrow, i will be in meetings most of the day and as much as my boss wants me to blog during our meetings, i just don’t know how i will get it done.
has anyone signed up for that text message thing where you get texts from a sounder? well i did it a month ago and never got anything in return. i was so sad. but about an hour ago, i got a personal message from kasey keller. to think that he took the time out of his day to text me personally, is very touching. i think he may be in training actually so that means he did it with his goalie gloves on while stopping a penalty in goal. that is even more impressive and special to me.

After a long, LONG, drought, Sounders FC finally found where to place their left or right foot – driving the ball on goal. There was more building up for strikes, and strikes taken. It’s almost like the team figured out that one little thing that had been haunting them so far this season. With that, certain bloggers are just now coming around to the new kit – helped by the impression that Adrian Hanauer will pay any fines associated with wearing the new kit during MLS play. After Montero represented JKH on the pitch wearing his number, I’m almost at the point where I’d get one myself. Keller actually wore a USMNT kit back in the day that was about the same colors. Do You Ride Your Bike to Qwest?

If you do, then you’re in luck.
In response to the growing number of bicycle commuters to Qwest for Sounders matches, the City of Seattle along with Qwest Field management will be providing additional temporary bicycle racks in the Northwest Corner on game days.
The racks have been full for the first two evening matches (in the rain nonetheless).
This timing will be perfect for Saturday’s noon match against Kansas City. [Buy Tickets]
My Complaints About MLSsoccer.com
In case you didn’t notice, the new website for MLS has moved from MLSnet.com to MLSsoccer.com. We’re not going to comment on the redundancy of the URL, but on the functionality on the site.
First off, Match Day Live is awesome. HD Quality is great and better than CBS’s March Madness on Demand. The ability to watch multiple matches is a bit overkill, but a nice feature nonetheless.
