Your Newest Sounder: Jeff Parke
It’s official. Defender Jeff Parke has signed with Sounders FC and will be wearing Rave Green.
The Sounders selected the defender in the 2008 Expansion Draft. After 18 months of negotiations that saw the Pennsylvania native try for a contract in Belgium and then spot time in Vancouver, then retrying to earn a spot in the Emerald City this spring, Parke and the Seattle front office have reached a contract agreement.
He will join the team next Tuesday, May 18th.

RENTON, WASH. – The Seattle Sounders FC have signed forward Pat Noonan, it was announced today. Per Major League Soccer and club policy, terms were not disclosed.
Pat Noonan Signs with Sounders FC
As we noted earlier, MLS Veteran Pat Noonan is in training camp with Sounders FC.
According to Don Ruiz of the News Tribune, the club has signed the 29-year-old forward who has appeared 12 times for the US Men’s National Team.
Noonan, who can “deliver pinpoint crosses with his right foot”, graduated from Indiana in 2002 and spent 6 seasons with the New England Revolution before playing in Columbus and Colorado, who released him last week. Read more

The Sounders Front Office announced the signing of David Estrada and Mike Fucito today.
The Seattle Sounders FC signed midfielders David Estrada, the club’s first-round selection in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft, and Michael Fucito, the club announced today. Per Major League Soccer and club policy, terms were not disclosed.
